Mal Kelapa Gading is an enormous place with tons of shops to explore. Cosmetic shops, high-quality restaurants, and some places where you can just chill out; have a talk with your friends, maybe while drinking Starbucks coffee.The ratings would be five, if it just had a more efficient walkway system. The walkways are a bit too wide, and from my perspective, I think it just needs to be a little bit more organized or structured.The food court is outrageously huge, and with a variety of food to choose from. Maybe there's pizza, you ask? Done. Maybe there's ice cream, you ask? Done. It has got everything for you to just consume.In conclusion, this place is a must-visit area if you want to find your daily and work clothes and if you want to have a fantastic time.

Was recommended a visit to Kelapa Gading Mall by the bar staff at our hotel and they were right it did not disappoint the sheer size of this mall compared to what we have in the UK was amazing! Such a variety of stores and items to explore! Highly recommend a walk round to anyone who has time.

Huge and complete mall, unfortunately the management is not reviewing operational processes properly and their worker even afraid to give the manager's phone number when customer complain (especially for payment, ex : they only open one cashier out of three during this weekend / year end / peak period, the queue is quite long). So dissapointing. Need management to review their operational processes.

My favorite mall when i live in north jakarta. Big mall and very complete. Many tenants, big parkirng area. Near public transportation.

CBD of North Jakarta, you can find so many things here from department store to the place of hobbies communities. You can also finding so many good restaurant and buy uniqe stuff here.

It's a good mall. Good tenancy and ambience.

A huge, decent and iconic mall in North of Jakarta, it is crowded during rush hour and weekend but it is joyful atmosphere and feeling comfortable, best place for eating and shopping.Most of shops offers high-end stuffs and luxury brands of clothes, jewelries, shoes, electronics, cellphones, glasses for men, women and children.Many fancy restaurant with various dishes offered with a little bit pricey.Not easy to park the vehicles and also not easy to access.

Stay safe and don't forget (masker)

Family mall, warm atmosphere, could be crowded during busy hours. But in my humble opinion, THE BEST MALL IN THE WORLD, needless to say. :)

Good mall in north jakarta

Best place to go in Kelapa Gading, near to my dormitory with a lot of tenants.

This is my favourite Mall in Jakarta.It is really cosy there. The Mall is divided into 5 parts. They are having great french bakery stores there for western people. The variety of restaurants is also great. My favourite Restaurant is in Section 5. It is a Thai Restaurant.

Great place for sport 👍, well..i mean shopping is kinda sport, don't ya think ? 😉

Well it is not my favorite mall to be visitedBut since the mall serves us with so many tenants and facilities, they deserve at least 4 stars.And also the Gading Walk is also pet friendly and they have Paws (Dogs playing ground) which is one of the reason for me to visit and bring my dogs to play.but I really hate to find parking in this mall, wasting time to find it. And the mall is too crowded on the weekends.
